Meet Amanda Frederickson
Radish was founded by Amanda Frederickson in August 2020 to serve fresh, healthy, and delicious food fast.
Prior to opening Radish Amanda has published cookbooks and worked in the Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen.
Radish now has three locations - West Nashville, East Nashville, and the Franklin/Cool Springs area.
